Thanks for the story, its nice for me of course. Actually, I've prob with my belly fat. And one query regarding this. I am only gaining weight on my belly and I am continuously on morning walk around 45 mins a day but till now no result. Its been near about 3 weeks but no result. Am I missing something important including in my walk? Suggest me.... please.
